Ginkgo biloba 'Professor Łukasiewicz' a male Polish cultivar named in honour of Aleksander Łukasiewicz (born July 12, 1924) – A Polish scientist and Professor of natural sciences. This cultivar was selected by Professor Stanisława Korszun at the Department of Dendrology and Nursery, The University of Life Sciences in Poznań, Poland. It was registered in Poland in2004.

Description Ginkgo biloba 'Professor Łukasiewicz' has foliage which differs only slightly from the straight species. Whilst most leaves are typically bi-lobed the display an irregular margin. The growth rate is 4- cm a year. Because the plant in The National Collection of Ginkgo biloba and cultivars is incredibly young, no valid conclusions can be drawn in respect of height, spread or the likely overall shape. However, we are advised that it is expected to develop a narrow conical shape.
