Ginkgo biloba 'Landliebe' was recently introduced into the trade by David Bomer from the Netherlands. Reports suggest that it could be bisexual (but this cannot be substantiated at the present time).
 
Description - Ginkgo biloba 'Landliebe’ This is a delightful dwarf upright tree with a compact habit. It has attractive nicely lobed small leaves which are grey green in colour. Expect an annual growth rate of 20cm - 30 cm. In 10 years, the plant will be 2.5m - 3.0m high with a spread of less than 2m. Research suggests that this cultivar can reach a height of 10 m at maturity, but we think this very unlikely.  It makes an excellent specimen plant in a container and responds well to pruning.
