Ginkgo biloba 'Chris's Dwarf' was introduced by Crispin Silva, the cultivar was then purchased by Gary Handy, Handy & Co, Boring Oregon, U.S.A. It is a male form, very slow growing and is said to be one of the best dwarf Ginkgos on the market.
Description - Ginkgo biloba ‘Chris’s Dwarf’ is male. The plant has open growth, with a lot of slender branches giving it a dwarf shrubby habit. The branches are clothed in very small leaves 25cm across, which are arranged closely together. The growth rate is slow approximately 10cm a year. Expect an overall height and spread of less than 2 m in 10 years.
