Ginkgo biloba 'Barbitsii Nana' There is a great deal of confusion realting to the cultivars introduced by Dr. Elmer Barabit. It is suggested that this cultivar should be known as 'Barabitsii Nana', which is synomous with 'Barabits Dwarf', and possibly; 'Conica', 'Globus Nana', 'Kitsii' or 'Kicsi' and 'Nana'. Until DNA testing has been carried out the mystery will prevail. It is a rare male form. The leaves are said to be larger than the species. The plant has a compact form eventually reaching a height of 3 m. a good plant where space is limited, it can also be grown in a container.
